Mass — One or many least units

In a single quantum of action there is a single or a series (train) of waves. There is but one least unit of mass. Hence maximum number of units of motion — per least unit of time. This number is the frequency of the wave. The energy of each wave is its mass (least) times its length of motion times its frequency. High frequency gives high energy rate. —Frequency of occurence of the maximum mass-motion ratio within a given period.
