Item 1446
Letter from 11 Waverly Place, New York City 3, to Houston Peterson, 84 Perry Street, New York City 14
July 16, 1946
Dear Dr. Peterson:
Miss Roseanne Lewis has spoken to me several times admiringly of you and now she has just asked me by telephone to send you some little items of my own origination that she thinks might interest you. They are herewith enclosed.
This note is mainly to accompany and introduce them, but it gives me occasion also to convey my own admiration of your activities towards discovery of the creative process in the social evolution so that we may extend it further towards the realization of long cherished dreams.
In that direction I, too, have endeavored, though from far less prominent vantage, even obscure, and from a direction (non-political and frequently scorned) whence few as yet are able to conceive that the material exaltation of mankind, and with it a kingdom of peace, can come.
Sincerely,
Enc.
