     Those organisms or organizations whose action tends more and more towards the durational factor remain extant. Those whose actions tend towards larger proportions of force and motion relative to the durational factor become extinct. Hence any organization (especially of men) that discovers how to re-arrange the proportions of mass, motion and time in its own actions so as to increase their portion of time
