     We are enclosing also a constructive tribute to the genius of Henry George, who did more than any of his predecessors to establish the principle of nature’s provision of ground rent instead of taxation as the normal recompense for community services. The only possible question is as to its application. In our view, his principle and ideal is absolutely sound.
