Dear Mr. Shinn:

 

It was with a great deal of pleasure that I participated in the ceremonies attending the launching of your new production plane, Orange County-U.S.A., a month ago and the delightful luncheon party with you a few days later.

 

Although it is a long time since I had any connection with the then fledgling flying art, it is always a pleasure to know something of its marvelous developments and to be in touch with personnel of companies in the forefront such as yours with its delightfully promising product of today.

 

It was an honor to be with you, and I look forward to seeing you again and again.
