Free enterprise can take over bureaucracy. By carrying proprietary administration, which is the method of free enterprise, into those services now carried on by political organizations, free enterprise can put the bureaucracies out of business by competing with them at all levels. It is only necessary for the owners of communities to merge their real estate titles as business corporations and proceed to serve the inhabitants of their communities in the same manner that a hotel population is served. It will not be necessary to oppose government. It will be sufficient to compete with it.
