Letter to Tully C. Knowles, Chancellor College of the Pacific, Stockton, California

November 15, 1954

Dear Dr. Knowles:

I have known for some time that you were being somewhat viciously attacked by L.B. Beckwith for your resistance to his land communist propaganda. Thinking it may interest you to know something of the fundamental fallacies of his land communism, I am sending you, with my compliments, “Progress & Poverty Reviewed”, “Why Do We Finance World Communism?” and ”The Trojan Horse of ‘Land Reform.’”

I trust you will find these of interest and of some possible value in sustaining your anti-collectivist position.

Sincerely yours,

Enc.
