Dear Ray,

Many thanks for your interesting letter and the various printed materials which have come to me over the summer — of which I especially enjoyed the lectures by Louis Baudin with the very fine Introduction by Dr. Navarro.

 Winding up affairs here before going west next week to Seattle, it occurs to me that you might be interested to see what some of the response to CITADEL, MARKET AMD ALTAR has been so far. Accordingly, I am enclosing several extracts from letters and reviews. R.C. Hoiles in California has also been writing some very kind things about the book.

 I went up to Irvington a few weeks ago for one day of the August Seminar, heard Dr. Sylvester Petro speak again and had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Harper and others at the Foundation.

 Thanks again for including me on the mail­ing list of The Institute for Economic and Social Research.
