FORM LETTER For Real Estate people.
Dear Sir:
I take it you are deeply interested, as I am, in the welfare of Real Estate.
The situation is critical.
Property too long has been merely fugitive and defensive against the inroads of destructive taxation. It cannot find cover. It can only counter by giving protective services to its tax-ravaged tenants and customers — its would-be purchasers. In the interest of their patrons and purchasers, the owners of property, duly organized, must police the politicians, in order to restore their values and revenues.
The enclosed theoretical analysis of Property in Land may interest you.
I have now in preparation a proposed practical long-range policy
for the rehabilitation of land and other real property values that I wish to present, without any obligation, to some of the leading minds in that field.
Please advise me if I may have the pleasure of discussing these
matters with you and some of your associates in connection with the forthcoming Washington Conference.
I shall be happy to be at your service solely for the purpose
of presenting constructive suggestions for the restoration of property values.
Very truly yours,
No recompense of any kind is asked, nor would it be accepted.
