Dear Dr. McCrady:
Returning from a pleasant visit to interesting friends in Montreal and vicinity, I am recalling similar pleasures and experiences personally with you and especially with the system of ideas both implicit and explicit in your published works so far as I have become acquainted with them.
The conception of a basic unity running through all that is authentic both in the intuitive field of religion and art and in the rational field of rational apprehensions and technologies which characterizes your work is of intense and permanent interest /to me/. What I am most excited about is discovery of corresponding basic identity of principle and process discoverable in the structure of /our/ voluntary society. In correspondence with the non-human phenomena which the natural sciences have so marvelously and so fruitfully explored
