     /In/ all the ages, whether of faith or uncertainty and doubt, the minds of men cling to some form of Utopian dream. Weak or strong though it may be, men cherish a faith in what is often called the “good life,” the higher and finer state of affairs for the individual man and among men. The Utopias dreamed of old and not so old reflect this inveterate faith even though the term Utopia has come to signify the impractical or the impossible.

     There is, however, one Utopian dream that day by day is being realized in our midst. This is the dream of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth as laid down by the Poet of Palestine some ages ago but so little accepted or believed that nearly all the great and the wise of the past have treated /it as/ a mere Utopian dream to be realized only in some after life of promise and hope. But the promise and the dream of Palestine was of a Kingdom of Heaven on earth. Not a territorial kingdom, but a heavenly relationship among men through which they would come into their dominion over all earthly things.
