     Evolution of society is a hard idea to get across to people. We are only in our swaddling clothes, but we have gone far enough to give evidence of our nature and to tell that it was anticipated in the New Testament, as it has been by other dreamers, too.

     And the implementation is the contract when applied to public services so that they can be mass-produced and distributed as automobiles are today.³³⁶
