Let h be divisible by 6.46-27

Let  h/6.46-27 = N

Then, for each whole-number value of N, there are 13 x N possible combinations of three: Mass, Velocity, Time, in h. In any 3 factors whose product is h, and h is divisible by N, then the maximum for any one factor is N.

N x 1 x 1 = N

Assume that there is an ultimate least unit of Mass, an ultimate least unit of Velocity, and an ultimate least unit of Time, and that the product of these three,

l x l x l, is the unit of Action, h, — least event.

Now, h is known to be 1 erg-second/6.45-27 of an erg, or

(1 dyne x 1 cm/sec x 1 sec)/6.45-27  Ergs.

Any event can have any whole number of h.

The units of Mass, Velocity and Time in it may each be respectively any whole number not less than one. Their product will be the number of h (quanta of action) in the event  — its magnitude as an event.

Their proportions — ratios, one to another — will determine the quality, the uniqueness, distinguishing it from all other events — even from those that are of the same magnitude, so they be differently proportioned and composed.

The maximum qualitative difference among events of the same over-all magnitude is

When any one or two of the three constituents — Mass, Velocity, Time — of which its quanta are composed are at the unitary minimum, then the other constituent will be at its maximum.

Thus, if the Mass and Time be minimum, then Velocity will be maximum.

If Mass and velocity be minimum, then

Thus — If the Time be least, then the product of Mass and Velocity — Energy will be maximum (Rate of Action to Time)

If the Velocity be least, then Mass times

___________________________________________

Every event is an integration of its three measurable elementary aspects, Mass (inertial), Motion (spatial) and Time (durational).

In the order given: Each cumulatively is a property of the preceding, and each cumulatively is in ratio to the succeeding. Mass is the number of units of Mass per one or per each unit of Motion. Mass and Motion (work) is the number of work units per unit of Time. Time is the succession of Work or Energy units in ratio to it
