When that part of the public spending that comes out of one enterprise is greater than its income, that enterprise is dead, and the government has killed one goose. It kills at least one every day. If it continues to increase its spending it is only a matter of time till all of its geese will be dead. If any enterprise remains that will be slave enterprise.
