The Cosmos is constituted of three dynamically and kinetically (force and motion) interrelated elements or aspects. Thus it is a Cosmos of process. And it proceeds by steps, discontinuously, in the succession of events — constituting time, the third of the three cosmic elements.
The three constituents of an event are (so to speak) granular and thus discontinuous. Hence they can be numerical _________ in ratios one to another — rationally composed.
