Lewis had stopped in to visit at the apartment at 11 Waverly Place, New York City, and SM in the kitchen was preparing to pour her some cider. It being winter and cold, he thought of offering her some rum or bourbon in it. He asked her, “What will you have in your cider?” Heath, overhearing that from the living room, called out, “Just put it insider.”
