Without reference to anything we’ve ever thought about social evolution doesn’t it seem reasonable that some enterprising businessman might organize an outdoor hotel, a hotel with only one roof over it, namely the sky, but having many buildings in it corresponding to the rooms and suites in a hotel and having corresponding community services including police, fire protection, recreational and educational facilities as many hotels now do?  People could live and do business in such a hotel without any of the care, burdens and responsibilities of real estate owner­ship, paying only the fair market value of the highly specialized and generalized /services? check original/ which they in common with one another would receive.
