DEMOCRACY IS CONCERT
When two or more men come together and exchange services by mutual or common consent or when they join together in mutual assistance to create services for exchange, and the terms of their exchanges or of their relationships are arrived at by common consent, then this is the fundamental democratic technique.
There can be no democracy (as here defined) in government until the public services are brought within the democracy of the general exchange system and delivered on a basis of value received upon terms of mutual consent.
