All energy in action manifests itself as happenings or events.  These are the objects (probably the sole objects) that constitute the objective world. In physical science they are known to be composite of only three measurable elements or aspects. They are: (1) Mass, force, inertia (dynamic) (2) Motion, length, distance (spatial) (3) Discontinuity, rhythm, procession (temporal). These are commonly called mass, motion and time and they are measured by means of conventional standard units such as gram, centimeter and second — the fundamental measuring units of physical science.

All events, and ultimately all objects are integrations of mass, motion and time.

Measurements of events by reference to these three kinds of dimensional units are the three kinds of dimensions of the objects and events that constitute the objective world. For each mass unit in an event there are a certain number of motion units (if the event happens). When taken together by multiplication and in imagination alone they constitute a certain number of potential energy or abstract power units, but not any event.

An event as such is measured in its three aspects in terms of the accepted units of mass, motion and time. Just as these three elements or aspects constitute the event
