Typed pages by Heath at Roadsend Gardens, Elkridge, Maryland, plus an earlier original and carbon with penciled amendments. According to a pencil notation by Spencer MacCallum on the earlier draft, this was never published. But on the final copy appear the words “Copyright Pending.” Published in Libertarian Papers Vol.10, No.2 (2018) as Banking, Credit, and Inflation. No date but possibly written before World War II.
