This revocation, witnessed by Denis B. Madurof, Clifford H. Kendal and others, is paper-clipped to the London will which is entirely crossed out

Since voice recording was only just becoming available in the 1950s and Spencer MacCallum often found himself without means of recording Heath. On being told that total recall might some day be possible through hypnosis, he made these notes of some occasions when he would especially have liked to preserve Heath’s words.
