Selfishness is the strongest agency for good when it does not invoke force or fraud, and force and fraud is not favored by businessmen in general. (Force and fraud can only be practiced at the expense of others, so that it cannot be universal.) So the general sentiment of businessmen is opposed to force and fraud — except when they practice it!
