Productive property of many kinds is being organized in larger and larger corporate units under strongly unified, non-coercive administration but with its ownership finely divided, highly fluid and widely dispersed. Properties so organized and so administered /are/ devoted to serving the general public and enjoy net revenue from that public directly proportionate to the excellence with which they serve. For unless coerced, compelled or deceived the public makes its own decisions
