Pencilings by Heath in a manila folder 1038-1046 marked “Notes for Articles etc.” On this Item 1038, Spencer MacCallum noted in pencil, “Heath saw a real opportunity for real estate which is progressively becoming more and more an opportunity.” Probably just before World War II because of a World’s Fair advertisement on Item 1039.
It is the aim of this paper to take the common and unorganized facts about real estate — the undigested facts about real estate ownership — and let them crystallize into a pattern, a jewel of opportunity.
