Dear Mr. La Blanc:

     Supplementing my letter of March 8th, I am sending to you now two more recent little pamphlets concerning the administration of real property as a future devel­opment towards a rational and profitable administration of community services — as a growing alternative to the present unsatisfactory political processes.

     I am sure all of us who appreciate the virtues of free enterprise are psychologically prepared to consider its extension into the administration of pub­lic as well as private affairs.
