They have — though as yet imperfectly — evolved:

The CITADEL — Whereby perpetrators of anti-social acts — and none others — are coerced and confined.

The MARKET — therein all serve and none coerce.

The ALTAR — All action for its own sake — non-necessitous — both creative and re-creative, for imponderable satisfactions — Art, Intellect, Adventure.
