     Land owners would cease their impartial marketing of the community resources and appurtenant public services — such as remain above governmental disservices — and land users, instead of escaping taxation would be wholly subject to terms proposed by a coercive political authority.

     Force would abolish freedom, for governmental coercion would liquidate and then supersede the contractual proprietary administration.
