Suppose there are ultimate minimal units of Mass or Force, which we will call a.

Likewise, ultimate minimal units of Motion or Distance, which we will call b.

Likewise of Time or Repetition or Rhythm as intervals or Duration, which we will call c.

Then:

In any quantum of action there must be some whole number of a (xa) per each one of its Force units, b. So xa.b is the unit of energy, E, in that quantum.
