Dear Mr. Heath:

 

I want to apologize to you for not answering your letter of July 26th before this, but as I was spending the summer with my family in Canada and had plenty of time there to read over the brochure you sent me — The Romance of Realty, I thought it best to write you on my return to the office.

 

 I read it over very carefully and I can say that both you and Mr. Riegel have spent a great deal of time and thought in perfecting your ideas. I am passing it on to Duncan Harris, the president of our company, and will ask him to pass it on to other of our associates when he is thru reading it.

 

 Maybe sometime in the not too distant future you can have lunch with me in the downtown section, when we can talk over your plan.
