Letter to Ruth and John Berryman, 20 Tuscon Road, Maplewood, N.J., apparently typed for Heath by someone else.

May 17, 1950

Dear Ruth and John:

It certainly was a fine visit I had with you last night. I say with you, not mentioning that fine brood of three who resisted all my charms and slept through it all.

I look forward with anticipation to the evening of Saturday, June 3rd, when you two will dine with me, about 6:45 at the Town Hall Club, ___ West 43rd Street. I think Lucille will be with us, but I haven’t contacted her about it as yet. I certainly hope so.

About the institution of Property and Land and the function of peaceably distributing sites and resources which it performs, I am enclosing with this letter a copy of a printed pamphlet entitled “Private Property in Land Explained, Some New Light on the Social Order and Its Mode of Operation.” Attached to this there are two other pamphlets urging the practical application of the discovery and knowledge set out in the first. The other enclosures I hope ae self-explanatory.

I certainly did enjoy that music.

Sincerely,
