Dear Mr. Heath:

I recently got myself overwhelmed with work and one of the consequences was to disorganize my correspondence. I am particularly chagrined to find that I have not hitherto answered your generous letter of October 29 referring to my article of October 26 in Newsweek on foreign aid.

 

I was very happy to have it and I greatly appreciate your generosity in writing it.
