Dear Mr. Spitsbergen:

I am pleased to have your letter of July 7th recalling our meeting at the Foundation for Economic Education.

I shall be glad to present you with a copy of my CITADEL, MARKET AND ALTAR – EMERGING SOCIETY and to receive in exchange a copy of your LIBERALS AND THE CONSTITUTION. I am glad to be in touch with persons like yourself who are opposed to unlimited encroachments by government upon the free-enterprise society.

Cordially yours

CITADEL MARKET AND ALTAR herewith.

I was out of city since July 4 on account of my health. Just  got back, hence delay in responding. We certainly appreciate your interest and courtesy. Hope we can meet sometime for  exchange of views.

                            Sincerely,

                            (signed) H. E. Spitsbergen
