I have had it on my mind for some time that I wanted to give you a copy of my CITADEL, MARKET AND ALTAR. Perhaps it was because I looked forward to seeing you more than I have and giving it to you in person.
I have been away from New York for some time, but I expect to be there now and again and am always looking forward to seeing you.
