Dear Major Angas:

 

I was glad to get your letter of July 11th. Thank you for your comment on tax-free municipals.

 

I would surely like to help with your publicity, but I am extremely short-handed and expect to be more so before long. If I had any considerable equipment, I would certainly be glad to share it with you.

 

 However, I think so much of your educational work in the direction of understanding free enterprise, I will manage somehow to get a small number of envelopes addressed if you will send them along. Our own list is very limited so far, only about 600 all-told.
