Thank you for sending memorandum of expense for Miss Doney. My check for $131.75 is herewith enclosed.

I have been very happily in contact with Mr. Davidson and am truly grateful to you for the contact. I am getting all the real estate portion of my estate in trust available to draw on for such projects as we have been contemplating at Pepperdine.
