Knowing that you are sometimes twitted for your former leniency towards the “land ‘reform’”, or land communist, dialectic so ably expounded by Henry George, we take the liberty of sending you with our compliments a copy of our recent publication, “Progress & Poverty Reviewed and Its Fallacies Exposed,” thinking it may interest you to become acquainted with what seems to be the first, somewhat belated but careful analysis of the basic argument that was propounded by Henry George and all his followers embrace.
