Knowing something of your public spirit and interest in free and creative relationships between man and man with respect to the products of the earth and its natural bounties, we are sending you herewith and with our compliments some new and recent points of view with respect to those relationships. The enclosed material bears on the question whether the bounties of nature are best distributed by persons recognized as owners, or by political persons authorized to abrogate ownership and assume a political instead of a free contractual jurisdiction over the sources of production and necessities of life.

We trust you will find in this some stimulation of your own creative thinking and a possible re-examination of your own present sentiments as between political and coercive or proprietary and contractual administration of the basic necessities of life.

Thanking you in advance for your acknowledgement and comment or further inquiry, we are,

Sincerely yours,

Secretary
